Anne McNaughton

Anne McNaughton is the Associate Director of the Andak Stage Company and a graduate of The Juilliard Drama Division (Group One); she has a Master's in Theatre from Stanford. She was a founding member of John Houseman's Acting Company, and the Antaeus Company. She is a former Artistic Director of the Valley Shakespeare Festival and a former Associate Director at San Jose Rep, Berkeley Shakespeare Festival, and the California Actors Theatre. Her most recent directing projects for Andak Stage Company were The Savannah Option, San Fran Scapin (which she also adapted), A Magic Christmas, and award-winning productions of The Prince of L.A., Don Juan The Trickster of Seville, and Spite for Spite. Recently, she also directed The Prince of L.A. and Collected Stories for the Old Globe in San Diego, and Trial By Jury and The Will for the Antaeus Company.
